On April 22nd, 24th, and 25th, the Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark Management Board, in coordination with the Cao Bang Provincial Forest Protection Department, the Management Board of Special National Monuments, and local authorities, installed a system of information signs on biodiversity along the walking trails and around the geopark heritage sites.

The Cao Bang Geopark Management Board, in coordination with the Management Board of Special National Monuments, installed biodiversity information boards at the Pac Bo Special National Monument Site (Ha Quang).
The biodiversity information board system is designed to be environmentally friendly, consisting of 20x29cm information boards with integrated QR codes, placed in convenient locations such as stone benches, walkways, and viewing areas at the following heritage sites: Tran Hung Dao Forest Special National Monument Site (Nguyen Binh); Pac Bo Special National Monument Site (Ha Quang); the Eye of the Mountain area (Quoc Toan commune, Quang Hoa district; Cao Chuong commune, Trung Khanh district); and the Sacred Water Spring (Quang Hoa).

Tourists scan QR codes to learn about biodiversity at the Pac Bo National Special Monument Area (Ha Quang).
Information boards provide details about the characteristics of the forest ecosystem, some endangered, rare, and valuable medicinal plant species, and many native bird species recorded in the area. This allows tourists and locals to easily access basic knowledge about the rich biological resources in the Geopark. The information board system is not only a creative communication tool but also an effective community education tool, helping to raise awareness of the importance of environmental protection and biodiversity, while contributing to improving the quality of the destination and the visitor experience.

Biodiversity information signs provide basic knowledge about biological resources in the Geopark area.
The installation of this information sign system is implemented to ensure effectiveness in the management, protection, and dissemination of biodiversity values at the local level. Besides providing knowledge, the signs also serve as an important source of scientific data for assessing the current state of the ecosystem, thereby proposing appropriate conservation solutions. This contributes to raising environmental awareness among the community and demonstrates Cao Bang province's strong commitment to preserving and promoting geological and biological heritage values, aiming for sustainable ecotourism development in line with the UNESCO Global Geopark Network.
