With the theme “Cao Bằng Happiness – Rooted in the People”, the revolutionary homeland of Cao Bằng presents a special exhibition space rich in identity, showcasing a Cao Bằng radiant with aspirations for progress.

The indoor exhibition space of Cao Bằng Province is located at the Kim Quy House, Hall 7, in the “Prosperous Provinces, Strong Nation” area, with a total area of 200 square meters. The entire decorative motif system of the exhibition booth is inspired by local natural landscapes and culture, using two main design tones: the green of mountains and forests, and the golden-brown of wood from traditional houses and craft villages, along with brocade patterns representing ethnic cultural heritage.

The exhibition content is arranged into nine main thematic sections: Origins – Pác Bó: “The people’s will, the strength of mountains, the warmth of humanity”, Ho Chi Minh’s Thought – Working for the People, Challenges – Facing and Decoding, Happiness – The Index of a Civilized Institution, A Distinct Path – Designing Local Happiness, Victories in Safeguarding the Borderlands, The Historical Flow of Cao Bằng – From Thục Phán to the Present.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Mr. Quản Minh Cường, visited the exhibition “Cao Bằng Happiness – Rooted in the People.”

The exhibition space was meticulously curated, featuring more than 250 rare historical photographs related to President Hồ Chí Minh, the Vietnamese revolution, and Cao Bằng; over 100 historical and cultural artifacts such as a restored Lô Lô bronze drum, traditional musical instruments, costumes of the Tày, Nùng, Dao, Mông, Sán Chỉ, and Lô Lô ethnic groups, traditional tools, as well as outstanding OCOP products representing the distinctive values of the locality. In addition, the exhibition includes a performance space for the Then Tày heritage with the đàn Tính

The brocade weaving craft of the Tày people in Luống Nọi Hamlet, Hà Quảng Commune, has been recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage.

The outdoor culinary space featured many lively and engaging activities such as promoting and preparing Cao Bằng’s signature dishes. All exhibition components were synchronized and completed, creating a unified space rich in identity — expressing a flow of thought, a vision for the future, and a declaration of Cao Bằng’s development spirit rooted in the people, by its cultural identity, and for happiness.

The national achievement exhibition “80 Years of the Journey of Independence – Freedom – Happiness” brought together 34 provinces and cities, 28 ministries and sectors, 106 state-owned and private enterprises, with a total of about 180 industries and more than 230 booths.
