In order to strengthen friendship, cooperation, and promote stable development between the people of Cao Bang Province (Vietnam) and Chongzuo City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China), Cao Bang Province is actively preparing for the upcoming cross-border trade fair.

The event will take place from October 31 to November 4 at the Ta Lung International Border Gate area, Phuc Hoa Commune, Cao Bang Province.

According to the Cao Bang Department of Industry and Trade, the fair will feature about 200 standard booths (3m x 3m).

Of these, 70 booths will be dedicated to exhibiting, displaying, and introducing OCOP products, outstanding rural industrial products, specialties, and products of ethnic minority groups from Cao Bang Province as well as other localities in Vietnam; 30 booths will showcase products from Chinese enterprises.

The remaining 100 booths will form a general trade zone with a wide range of goods such as agricultural, forestry, and fishery products, medicinal herbs, machinery and equipment, raw materials, electronics, refrigeration, household items, wooden products, and handicrafts.

In addition, the fair will include an exhibition area for investment, trade, and tourism promotion, prioritizing products with export-import potential through Cao Bang’s border gates, while also promoting the image and tourist destinations of the province.

At present, the Organizing Committee is preparing key tasks such as foreign affairs, security and order, reception, logistics, inspection and control of goods, booth arrangement, publicity, and traffic management.

Phuc Hoa border commune, after its administrative merger, has been witnessing transformation as it continuously hosts major events.

The Vietnam–China International Trade Fair 2025 is expected to become an important event, contributing to boosting trade, expanding markets, promoting Cao Bang’s economic and tourism potential, and further strengthening solidarity and cooperation between the peoples of Vietnam and China.

Previously, in December 2024, Cao Bang successfully organized the 2024 Cao Bang (Vietnam) – Baise (China) International Trade Fair (December 12–17).
