




Located over 3 km from Ban Gioc Waterfall, Nguom Ngao Cave stretches over 2,000 meters in length and is formed in limestone containing numerous coral and sea anemone fossils, dating back approximately 400 million years. This mysterious cave transports visitors to a wondrous world of stalactites and stalagmites in myriad shapes, from golden and silver waterfalls to inverted lotus pedestals, pillars supporting the sky, and terraced fields… all creating an enchanting and astonishing space. Visitors' vivid imaginations will be lost in this magical labyrinth, forgetting their way back. Nguom Ngao Cave was recognized as a national scenic spot in 1998.
Since April 2021, visitors exploring Nguom Ngao Cave can also experience the Ban Thuon branch – a unique route approximately 2 km long. Visitors will be overwhelmed by the magnificent and diverse stalactite formations and the shimmering, magical, and splendid scenery.
