Located about 70 km east of Cao Bang province center, Ba Quang grass hill, bordering Khum Din and Bac Vong hamlets in Vinh Quy commune, is a new "Instagrammable" spot attracting many travel enthusiasts and photographers recently. It impresses visitors with its stunning pristine scenery and incredibly fresh, airy atmosphere.
Ba Quang grass hill is known for its two distinct seasons: the season of lush green grass and the season of dry grass. From May to October each year, the area is covered in an endless green, with carpets of grass stretching to the horizon. From October to February of the following year, the hill enters the dry grass season, creating a breathtaking scene with dreamy and impressive shades of orange and yellow.
The road to Ba Quang grass hill is quite convenient. The distance from Ha Lang commune center to the hill is about 6-7 km by concrete road, accessible by motorbike or car. Visitors should note that upon reaching the Khum Din hamlet intersection, 3 km from the Vinh Quy Commune People's Committee, turn right onto a small concrete road and continue for about 3 km to reach Ba Quang grass hill.
